Services
Six services. Each one stands alone.
They're designed to work together when you engage more than one — but nothing here is a bundle you have to buy whole. Start with what you need.
-
Managed IT Services
We take responsibility for your systems. Unlimited helpdesk, proactive maintenance, and status monitoring, so your team stops losing hours to technology that should just work.
- Unlimited helpdesk and support
- Proactive maintenance
- Status monitoring
- Hardware and license management
- Virtual CIO services
-
Compliance & CMMC
CMMC Level 2 readiness and Microsoft GCC High / Azure Government environments for the defense supply chain, built so evidence of every control is ready to produce.
- CMMC Level 2 gap analysis and POA&M
- Microsoft 365 GCC High migration
- Azure Government environments
- CUI boundary design
- Assessment-ready evidence
-
Cyber Security
End-to-end protection built on a zero-trust approach: we map normal activity and act on the outliers, rather than waiting to be told something has gone wrong.
- Zero-trust monitoring
- Anti-virus and anti-malware
- Email and identity protection
- Security awareness training
- Incident response
-
Cloud Solutions
Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft 365 — designed, migrated, and run by engineers who hold the certifications for all three.
- Microsoft Azure architecture and migration
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Microsoft 365 deployment and tuning
- Entra ID and Conditional Access
- Remote desktops and hybrid work
-
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Backups you have actually tested and a disaster recovery plan that has actually been rehearsed. It takes ten years to build a business and one bad day to lose its data.
- Data backup and replication
- Disaster recovery planning
- Business continuity testing
- Ransomware recovery
- Recovery time and recovery point objectives
-
AI Services
Practical AI inside the tools your team already uses — with the same care about where your data goes that we apply to everything else.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment
- AI governance and data-boundary review
- Workflow automation
- Staff training and adoption
-
Web Development
Websites built to be fast, findable, and owned by you — treated as infrastructure to be maintained rather than a project that ends at launch.
- Website design and build
- Migration off page-builder platforms
- Performance and Core Web Vitals
- Technical SEO foundations
- Hosting, DNS, and TLS
- Ongoing maintenance and updates
Services, projects, and licensing are three different things
Providers tend to blur these together, and it makes proposals hard to compare. They are billed differently, they start and stop differently, and you can buy any one without the others.
Services are the six above. They are ongoing — somebody is responsible on a Tuesday afternoon when nothing is on fire, which is most of what you are actually paying for.
Projects and migrations have a beginning and an end. A tenant move, an Azure Virtual Desktop deployment, a database migration. They are scoped and priced as projects, and they do not require you to hand over your day-to-day IT.
Microsoft licensing is a third thing again, and it usually sits outside a managed services fee — which is not the same as it being outside anyone's concern. It is often the second-largest line in an IT budget and the one nobody audits.
Two more that sit alongside rather than inside the six: SIEM and security monitoring, which is a security service but is bought for audit and accountability as often as for detection, and remote support for existing clients who need somebody now.
What is true of all of them
- Nothing here is a bundle. Engage one, engage four. The services are designed to work together and none of them requires the others.
- We scope before quoting. A number produced without seeing your environment is a guess you would end up budgeting against — more on that in what it costs.
- Work begins within five business days of signature. If a particular engagement cannot start inside that window, we say so before you sign rather than after.
- Most of it is delivered remotely, which is why the client list is nationwide and the team is in South Florida. Physical work — cabling, hardware, an office move — is where geography starts to matter.
- Compliance is not a separate department. If CUI is anywhere in your environment it changes how the other services are built, not just what the CMMC work looks like.
Worth knowing who you would actually be working with: we are small on purpose, and it is the reason several of the answers above are what they are.
Not sure which one you need?
That is a normal place to start, and it is a short conversation rather than a long one.
