The thing we love most is a serious challenge
We are a South Florida technology partner. We run managed IT, cloud, and security work for businesses nationwide — and CMMC Level 2 and GCC High environments for the defense supply chain.
How we work
Aside from the technology we implement — cyber security, Azure, and Microsoft 365 — we make a point of continuing to educate ourselves. That is how we stay on top of, and experienced with, what is actually current rather than what was current when we learned it.
Something personal about us: little matters more to us than the relationships we have with our friends, our families, and each other. Our passion for technology runs deep into our lives, and the office reflects that.
In practice, that shows up as a preference for understanding what you have before changing any of it, and for telling you plainly when something will take longer or cost more than you hoped.
Small on purpose
"Boutique" is easy to claim and usually means "small, and hoping you won't notice." Here is what it actually buys you, and what it costs you.
One person, start to finish
The person who scopes your environment is the person who builds it, and the person who answers when you call. Nothing is handed from a sales engineer to a scoping team to a delivery team, and no context is lost at each pass.
Decisions don't travel
A question about your environment gets answered by someone who has seen it, usually the same day. It does not go up a chain and come back as a ticket update.
You are not a rounding error
At a provider with a thousand accounts, a thirty-person business is a modest line item. The risk there is not competence — it is priority when something competes for it.
The cost is real too. We do not have a 24/7 security operations centre under our own roof, or the deepest bench in the market, or a decade of published assessment statistics. If those are what your board needs, a national provider will serve you better and we would rather say so early. That trade is deliberate, not a shortfall we are hoping you'll overlook.
What we commit to
- Work begins within five business days of signature. A commitment, not an estimate. If a particular engagement cannot start inside that window, we say so before you sign rather than after.
- We scope before we quote. Anyone giving you a firm price or completion date before seeing your tenant is guessing, and you will be the one budgeting against the guess. More on that in what it costs.
- We tell you what is ours and what is yours, in writing. Much of compliance is organisational and cannot be outsourced to a technology partner. Our shared responsibility matrix is published, free and ungated, because we tell prospects to demand one from every provider they consider.
- We will tell you when we are not the right fit. That has cost us work and will again. It is cheaper for everyone than a proposal neither party believes in.
Who we work with
Most of what we do is ordinary managed IT — helpdesk, maintenance, monitoring, backups, security and Microsoft 365 — for businesses with no compliance obligation at all.
Some of our clients are defense contractors, and for them we build CMMC Level 2 environments: GCC High, Azure Government, a designed CUI boundary, and evidence of every control ready to produce rather than promised. That work is exacting, and it is the reason we are careful about everything else.
You do not have to be a defense contractor to work with us. CMMC is a specialization we are unusually good at, not a requirement.

Certifications are worth something when they name what was actually assessed. These do.
