How it works
- A look at what your staff genuinely use, by role rather than as a single block.
- Plan selection, including whether a cheaper plan plus a targeted add-on beats the all-inclusive one.
- Provisioning, or taking over an existing tenant if you already have one.
Where money usually leaks
Licences for people who left. This is the most common one and the easiest to fix.
Everyone on the same plan when only some roles need the features that justify it.
Paying for the most complete plan to get one capability, when a lower plan plus an add-on covers it for less.
How we scope this
We do not quote this work before seeing your environment. How long it takes and what it costs depend on what you already have, how much of it there is, and how quickly your side can make decisions — and a number produced without knowing those is a guess you would end up budgeting against.
What we will commit to is a start: work begins within five business days of signature. If a particular engagement cannot start inside that window, we say so before you sign.
